Cozy and comfortable rooms with minimal shared bathrooms. Great location within walking distance to center and ideal for longer walks. Friendly and helpful staff provided excellent recommendations and went above and beyond in assisting with surf school arrangements. Enjoyed the communal space and delicious breakfast with a lemon twist. Memorable experience with wine tasting and games during happy hour.

We had a short but enjoyable stay at a very calm place in Cascais. The staff, especially Millena, was helpful, giving us great suggestions for things to do and places to eat. The breakfast was delicious and the entire place was very clean. The only minor issue was the weak wifi in the rooms. we would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing getaway in Cascais.

The staff, fully equipped kitchen, barbecue place in the yard, comfortable beds, proximity to train station, good restaurants nearby.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The location of the hostel is a bit inconvenient as it requires a walk from the central area and train station. the bathroom maintenance is also lacking, and some sockets may not work , while the lockers don't come with keys , forcing guests to use their own. the hostel does provide a spacious and comfortable private room with a balcony. the reception team is friendly and helpful , and the hostel offers a great breakfast selection, including delicious pancakes.
The hostel does not have the option of rooms with air conditioning.

We had a wonderful stay at a cozy hostel just minutes away from the city center. The staff at the reception were friendly and made us feel right at home. Our room was light, clean, and had a small balcony where we could enjoy the fresh air. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh coffee, bread, boiled eggs, and fruits. And let's not forget the person who baked the waffles - they were amazing!

The location was fantastic, close to all the main attractions and easy access to public transportation. The staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any questions or concerns. The hostel had a great atmosphere, with a social gathering every evening where guests could mingle and get to know one another. It was a great way to make new friends and have a fun time during the holidays.
The room was not comfortable at all, with a lack of proper air conditioning or heating. It was either too hot or too cold, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The value for money at Ljmonade was excellent, and our room was spacious and well-designed without bunk beds, a pleasant surprise. The location was ideal, and the staff were always friendly and helpful.
The breakfast selection could have been improved, perhaps by offering a wider variety of options.

I had a great time at this cozy and comfortable hostel. the location was perfect, with the city center, beach, and marina just a short walk away. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing a reading light and ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. the breakfast was delicious, with waffles, eggs, and fresh bread. the shared bathroom was a bit old, but still clean and functional.
It would have been more convenient if there was a kitchen in the specific house I stayed in.

I booked this hostel for a cheap and cheerful one-night stay. It delivered with clean rooms and friendly staff. The small sunny garden patio area was perfect for breakfast. The shared bathroom was always available. The quiet location was a pleasant 10-minute walk to the beach. The comfy bed and ample storage made it feel like home. The hot water in the shower never ran out. The shared kitchen had a "free" shelf and cupboard for food sharing. They also let us store our bags after check-out.
Would be happy to recommend this hostel.
